Drive Electric
for Less
Ride Clean Mass provides electric vehicle rebates for Uber, Lyft, livery and taxi drivers across Massachusetts.
Uber & Lyft Program Status Update
Thank you for your interest in the Ride Clean Mass Program.
As of September 3, 2026, the portal is no longer accepting applications for Uber and Lyft drivers for rebates. If you submitted a post-purchase application before September 2, 2026 for a vehicle that was purchased, ordered, or rented before July 31, 2026, your application is being processed. Funding is still dependent on meeting program eligibility criteria and the availability of funding.
We encourage you to explore the MOR-EV program, which offers incentives toward the purchase or lease of an eligible electric vehicle.

About Ride Clean Mass
Ride Clean Mass, funded by the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center (MassCEC) and managed by CALSTART, helps drivers in Massachusetts get rebates for renting or purchasing EVs. We work with the Center for Sustainable Energy, Green Energy Consumers Alliance, and UMass Translation Center to make switching to EVs easier and cheaper.
